Natural Skin Care - How to Recognize Really Good Products

Buy the best natural skin care products or continue reading the article:

When it comes to skincare cosmetics, I guess most people you just head to the drugstore and buy the product which looks the most promising - maybe the brand is popular, and the advertising says it's really good for this and that skin problem. I can't blame them, that's what I used to do, too, until I got fed up with the poor results I was getting and started researching what ingredients these products really contained and what the reasons for my continuous disappointments could be. And boy, you wouldn't believe all the things I learned from this research!

I write all about it on this website, but for starters here are some of my natural skincare tips I learned (and wish I had known back then!)

Back then, I was surprised to find out that many of these products I was using had ingredients like mineral oil and all kinds of chemicals in them. Mineral oil, also called petrolatum, is a very nasty ingredient to have in your skincare cosmetics because it often irritates your skin and clogs the pores, causing pimples and blackheads. The same goes for most synthetic chemicals - many can even be harmful to your health, like some fragrances and preservatives. But what should a skincare product contain instead, then?

Rule number one: look for all natural skin care products. Look for 100% natural ones that do not have any filling ingredients (substances that have no other function other than make the product look nice without any real benefits to your skin), preservatives or weird chemicals. There are many chemicals that can cause health issues - some, such as the preservatives called parabens, have even been linked to cancer. It's better not to risk your health for a beautiful skin, especially when you can get beautiful skin with completely safe natural products!

Also make sure to stay away from skincare products that use fragrances, especially synthetic ones. Many synthetic fragrances will in fact contain other ingredients, which do not need to be labelled on the product packaging at all! That means you really have no idea what exactly you are applying to your skin!

To put it short: instead of chemicals, mineral oil and fillers, look for natural ingredients in your skincare cosmetics.

A few of my favourites are Capuacu butter, Manuka Honey and Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10. These have been proven by studies benefit your skin by moisturizing it and boosting its youthfulness. For example, grape seed oil is an antioxidant which helps retain moisture while helping to support skin health. It is also rich in natural vitamin and is generally a very moisturizing and nourishing oil that supports rejuvenation and regeneration of the skin, making it especially beneficial if you want to fight off any signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles.

Take my word for it and go for all natural skincare cosmetics. If you are in search of product recommendations look at the ads for Xtend-Life on my site, I personally recommend their skincare products. The ingredients in their products, that actually help your skin on a long term basis, are natural and if you take your skin care seriously and stick to a skin care regimen, you should be seeing good results on your skin very soon! Then you won't have to believe me, you will see for yourself!
